Pedrosa, a company that distributes industrial hygiene products and accessories for the hospitality industry, has decided to digitalise its business. In this vein, it will implement Easy WMS, the warehouse management system from Mecalux, in one of its installations in Palma de Mallorca (Spain).
Pedrosa currently manages its logistics processes via its IT system. It wanted to go a step further, however, to increase the efficiency of its storage operations. With the deployment of Easy WMS, Pedrosa will boost its warehouse productivity and control its inventory more accurately, with the ability to identify each product at all times.
Set on developing its logistics capabilities, Pedrosa will also incorporate Supply Chain Analytics and the Labor Management System, two Easy WMS modules that will help the company to optimise its supply chain. The former makes it possible to view the status of operations, while the latter checks performance to carry out the necessary improvements.
